Ticket quantity allocated

Q: When I save a ticket, I get the error "Ticket Quantity must equal total allocated".  I am allocating outside (customer) accounts, but I do not know all the account ID's yet.  Can I do a partial allocation or do I have to set the ticket to unallocated and save when I have all the ID's?

A:  If you only want to do a partial allocation you can create a HOUSE account using the Broker/Sub Account Form.  You can then assign the remaining amount for any account to that house account and save the ticket.

To create a house account, set the Type of account to HOUSE.
